Dear Mountain Friends,

 

finally we are starting the season. The Mayrhofner Bergbahnen are gearing up for a perfect Tyrolean mountain summer and we can hardly wait to get going at full speed. Everything will be ready soon and we're looking forward to welcoming visitors from all over the world as well as mountain lovers, epicures and thrill seekers.

 

Due to the current weather conditions, the opening of the Penkenbahn for the season has been postponed from 25 to 30 May 2019!

  • Action Mountain Penken: 30 May to 13 October 2019, daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Kombibahn Penken: 30 May to 13 October 2019, daily from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Genießerberg Ahorn: 08 June to 27 October 2019, daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

FUNSPORTSTATION PENKEN

The Funsportstation on Action Mountain Penken is a very special summer highlight offering the following attractions for young and old:

... and whoever wants to get as high as possible can try out two via ferratas at the Knorren Climbing Area or book a Tandem Flight with our Paraglider from Paragliding Flugtaxi Mayrhofen.

We've been awarded!

Already for the second time we were chosen as the "Overall Winner" of the international Skiareatest. The White Lounge Igloo Village on Mount Ahorn took the gold award for "Ideas & Realization". Our operations manager Klaus Hanzmann received the "Operations Manager Trophy". Moreover, we won the "Special Award" for our 50 year anniversary of the Ahornbahn.

 

We are delighted to have won these awards. Thank you once again to all the people who make our mountains so special!
